This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients.

This senior position will lead Recruitment for Keller Executive Search in Prague, Czech Republic, shaping strategy, building scalable processes, and partnering across the firm to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Recruitment vision, roadmap, and annual operating plan aligned to business goals.
- Build and lead a high‑performing Recruitment team; set clear objectives and coach managers.
- Own Recruitment KPIs and reporting; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Establish scalable policies, processes, and tooling for Recruitment across regions.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and risk within the Recruitment portfolio.

Jako Recruitment Manager v lokalitě Prague, Czech Republic budete na seniorní úrovni zodpovědný/á za strategii oblasti a dosažení měřitelných výsledků. Role vyžaduje úzkou spolupráci s vedením, provozní excelenci a škálování procesů.

Klíčové odpovědnosti:
- Nastavit víceletou strategii a převést ji do čtvrtletních plánů s jasnými metrikami.
- Vést týmy se zaměřením na koučink, psychologické bezpečí a vysoký výkon.
- Budovat datově řízené rytmy řízení, přehledy a cykly zlepšování.
- Řídit rozpočty a dodavatele; vyjednávat smlouvy.
- Navrhovat procesy v souladu s místní legislativou a interními politikami.
- Spolupracovat s příbuznými odděleními na plnění priorit.
- Prezentovat výsledky vrcholovému vedení.

Requirements

- 7+ years of progressive experience in Recruitment with 4+ years leading managers.
- Proven track record building programs at regional or global scale.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience in professional services or recruitment industry is an advantage.
