Product Management Working Student / Part-time/ max 20 hours per week. 

The purpose of the Product Operations - Working Student (Flights Vertical) role is to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of our Flights product.

By assisting with essential day-to-day operational tasks such as maintaining accurate provider information, preparing data, and conducting competitor research, the role contributes to ensuring that our flight offering remains reliable, competitive, and customer-focused.

This role is designed to give hands-on experience in product operations within the airline and travel industry, while providing valuable support to our Product Operations team.

Flight Product Maintenance:

Maintain fares, classes, amenities, disclaimers and inventory information to ensure accuracy across the platform. 

Competitor Insights:

Support competitor benchmarking and market research to help maintain competitiveness in flights. 

Air Supply Operations:

Assist with supplier content coordination and provide support on BSP-related tasks. 

Data Preparation and Analysis:

Collect and organise data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. 

Cross-Team Support:

Collaborate with Commercial, Product and Tech teams to identify bottlenecks and with Customer Service to streamline escalations. 

Process Documentation:

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of structured workflows for flight-related operations. 

Profile:

• High attention to detail and comfort working with structured information (spreadsheets, reports, etc.).

• Organised, proactive and eager to take ownership of tasks. 

• Curious about the travel industry and motivated to learn how travel operations work in practice. 

• Effective communication skills.
