Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Retail Media & Partnerships Manager to strengthen and grow our local retail media business at foodora Czech Republic. This role is based in Prague and focuses on developing high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering impactful advertising solutions for brands and retailers in the on-demand delivery space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by building and expanding relationships with media agencies, CPGs, and brand partners, ensuring foodora is a key part of their media mix.
- Manage and grow partnerships across Restaurants, Dark Stores & Shops, collaborating closely with agencies and clients to achieve commercial objectives.
- Support Commercial teams by developing tailored media proposals and brand activation strategies to drive category and partner growth.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling sales pitches and proposals, demonstrating the value of our advertising and promotional solutions.
- Oversee the execution and performance of advertising campaigns (on-site, off-site, fixed, and biddable placements), ensuring ROI and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Promotions, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver effective campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Manage and develop a small, agile team of Retail Media specialists, focusing on performance, collaboration, and growth.
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience in media, eCommerce, digital marketing, or brand activation, ideally within publishers or media agencies and exposure to FMCG or CPGs.
- Proven ability to build and grow agency relationships and negotiate with brands, agencies, or retailers.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic, or PPC solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect media performance to tangible business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, fluent in Czech and English.
- Analytical and results-oriented, comfortable using data to inform sales strategies.
- Experience managing projects or small teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
