As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to own key client relationships and fuel our growth.
Your Mission:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind acquiring, nurturing, and growing long-term partnerships with our some of our key clients. You will assist in expanding our community and ensuring the success of our highly appreciated events across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead Growth: Search for new business opportunities through proactive market analysis and strategic outreach, building a solid pipeline of potential clients.
Cultivate Partnerships: Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives to become a trusted advisor.
Drive Participation: Proactively engage and secure the participation of high-value professionals and companies for our events.
Ensure Flawless Execution: Manage the end-to-end client journey, providing exceptional support before, during, and after each event to guarantee the best customer experience.
Champion the Brand: Represent Europe Congress as a brand ambassador at international events, building our network and industry presence.
