Pro Packaging Division hledáme zkušeného Directora, který převezme kompletní odpovědnost za obchodní aktivity a povede její další růst.

Tato role je určena lídrovi, který dokáže spojit obchodní drive, orientaci v dynamickém prostředí a schopnost strategického řízení celé divize.

Vaše hlavní odpovědnosti:

  • Strategické vedení Divize Obalů – nastavení a implementace dlouhodobé strategie pro oblast flexibilních obalů v souladu se skupinovými cíli.
  • Obchodní růst – získání nových zákazníků a nových projektů v souladu se strategickým rozvojovým plánem výrobního závodu.
  • P&L odpovědnost – řízení hospodářského výsledku, rozpočtů a klíčových KPI celé divize.
  • Naplnění výrobních kapacit.
  • Leadership a rozvoj týmu – vedení obchodních, výrobních a technických týmů, budování výkonné a motivované organizace.
  • Inovace a ESG – podpora vývoje nových produktů a udržitelných řešení v souladu s trendy v oblasti cirkulární ekonomiky a environmentální odpovědnosti.

Koho hledáme:

  • Seniorního manažera s minimálně 10 lety zkušeností v oblasti FMCG, packaging nebo příbuzném průmyslu.
  • Osobnost s prokazatelnými výsledky v řízení obchodních týmů a rozvoji byznysu na mezinárodních trzích.
  • Manažera schopného vést komplexní organizaci – od spolupráce s výrobou přes obchod až po finance.
  • Silné analytické a strategické myšlení, schopnost nastavovat priority a dotahovat cíle.
  • Angličtina na vysoce pokročilé úrovni, další jazyk výhodou.
