A Day in the Life
As theBrand Business Directorfor the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary hub, you will be the driving force behind the success of several key L'Oréal brands within the Consumer Products Division. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of 15 marketing professionals, shaping brand strategies, driving digital transformation, and mentoring a high-performing team in a dynamic and competitive market.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with global vision, while tailoring them to the unique opportunities and challenges of the Central European market.
- Multi-Channel Growth: Drive brand growth across all channels, including e-commerce, owned stores, and retail partnerships, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing ones.
- Digital Transformation: Champion digital initiatives, leveraging online platforms and CRM strategies to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and mentor a multicultural marketing team, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture.
- P&L Management: Analyze performance, identify growth levers, and implement strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and market share.
We Are Looking For
You are a visionary leader with a passion for building brands and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic market.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering strong business results over a given brand, with a deep understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to implement effective action plans.
- Strategic Expertise: Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Leadership & People Development: Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to build, inspire, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive change through collaboration and a sense of empathy.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of business experience, ideally within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- A proven track record of success in brand building and business results.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
