Náplň práce:
Radisson Blu Hotel, Prague, is currently seeking a candidate for the role of M&E Sales Executive.
The MICE Sales executive is a reactive sales role within the hotel Sales & Events team.
As a MICE Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Sales & Events team, focusing on proactively driving sales conversions in the MICE segment and nurturing daily interactions with our valued business partners to establish exceptional relationships, ultimately fostering repeat business.
Key responsibilities:
Processing incoming inquiries for rooms and/or meeting spaces, from various channels
Recording all inquiries in our hotel system, creating and sending offers
Regularly follow up on offers with the aim of sealing the deal
Take the lead in client meetings and site inspections related to MICE inquiries
Successfully close deals and draft contracts, ensuring a seamless handover to our M&E Manager once contracts are signed
Actively participate in hotel sales initiatives designed for the MICE sector as outlined in our annual sales plan
Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with our valued MICE clients
Proactively strive to enhance client and guest satisfaction, consistently delivering a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem-solving
Work closely with the Events Manager, demonstrating the ability to independently manage groups and events in their absence, and support the planning and coordination of smaller groups/events as required by business needs

Candidate profile
Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills
Proven track record of previous experience within the hotel industry, with experience in Sales and/or Events being a significant advantage
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, along with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Capability to work independently with pro-active and business driven approach
Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is a must, while knowledge of any hotel management system is a valuable asset
Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech and English.
