Náplň práce:

  • Helps to implement agreed rate structure and strategies for selected market segments together with the Director of Marketing and Commerce;

  • Proactively identifies, qualifies and solicits new transient Corporate and Luxury Consortia accounts to achieve personal and property's revenue goals;

  • Builds and strengthens relationships with portfolio of existing customers and key decision-makers in both local and international markets.

  • Works closely with the Global Sales Team in key source markets to keep them updated about latest news, promotions and trends at the hotel and local market;

  • Develops and implements effective sales plans and actions;

  • Conducts rate negotiations and finalises contracts with travel agents and corporate accounts in co-ordination with the Director of Marketing & Commerce.

  • Establishes and maintains effective working relations both within the department and with other departments;

  • Helps to create travel plan and as appropriate executes sales trips to key markets;

  • Attends selected trade shows/functions and promotes the hotel;

  • Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and provides feedback to the team;

  • Organises and conducts familiarisation trips and hotel site inspections for key clients;

  • Helps to plan and execute entertainment for major clients of the hotel;

  • Assists with training, guidance and development of the sales team members;

  • Attends Revenue Meetings, Credit Meetings, and other internal meetings as required by business.

Požadujeme:

  • You must be passionate about sales and have previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment;

  • You must also have outstanding interpersonal skills and an energetic and vibrant personality;

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential;

  • EU working permission is required.
