YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

  • Leading or contributing to 360° growth audits by analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for creative differentiation.

  • Developing and executing growth, UA, ASO, and market-entry strategies.

  • Managing the project lifecycle from proposal to conclusion, balancing workload and profitability.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships aimed at understanding and exceeding their expectations.

  • Applying AI-driven solutions: Enhancing deliverables using tools like predictive LTV models or automated reporting systems.

  • Continuously developing your skills and supporting other colleagues in their growth.

ABOUT YOU

  • You possess a solid understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem backed by hands-on and diverse experience.
  • While your background is rooted in User Acquisition, you have a passion and growing expertise across the full growth stack (ASO, Creative, Analytics, etc.)
  • You are experienced in using marketing analytics platforms, including MMPs.
  • You can translate data into actionable insights and then act upon them.
  • You are an engaging communicator with the ability to build natural rapport and excitement both among clients and colleagues.

It will be considered a plus if:

  • You have worked with mobile games directly.
  • You have actionable experience with more mobile marketing disciplines (Creative Production, ASO, LiveOps and/or Monetization).
  • You have already embraced the use of AI in your daily work.
  • You have managed external or internal stakeholders.
  • You have other skills like data analysis, coding, or graphic design.

NOTE: This role is flexible and we are open to hiring at either a Medior or Senior level, with responsibilities and compensation adjusted accordingly.
