What you'll need to succeed

• A time-tested, structured approach to admin work
  
  You're reliable, punctual, detail-focused, and don't let things slip — regardless whether it is a thirsty plant or a missed invoice.
• Fluent spoken English
  
  We work in English daily — no grammar tests, but you need to feel confident speaking.

• Czech for everyday communication
  
  You'll need to understand what the repairman says and what just came in the mail.

• Computer literacy and common sense
  
  You're comfortable with standard office software and don't panic when tech acts up.

• Friendliness and a helpful attitude

What you need to know about the role

As our Office Manager, you will strengthen the People & Operations Team and will be reporting to our People Ops Manager Lucie.

Your general agenda will include:

• 50 % of classic office management, including:
• supervising building management and cleaning staff activities,
• checking supplies and refreshments,
• ordering and tracking lunches, or

• monitoring and welcoming visitors.

• 30 % of basic accounting, such as:

• making sure invoices are issued and paid on time,

• collaborating with external accountants.

• 20 % of company & HR administration, such as:
  
  - representing the company externally,

• being the first point of contact for employees regarding admin related issues,
• administrating tools and equipment used by the company.
