As a Welcome Ambassador, you'll be the first face our guests see and the last farewell they remember. Your energy, charisma, and warm hospitality will set the tone for their stay.

What You'll Do

Create a memorable first impression by welcoming and escorting guests.

Assist with luggage handling, storage, and retrieval.

Provide insider tips on hotel amenities, services, and the city's hotspots.

Arrange transportation and guide traffic flow at the property entrance.

Anticipate guest needs and deliver Whatever/Whenever service with flair.

Support Front Office, Concierge, and Style (Housekeeping) teams with guest requests.

Ensure safety, security, and smooth guest flow in and around the property.

What We're Looking For

A people person with strong communication skills in English and Czech.

Someone with a positive attitude, energy, and a flair for connecting with people.

Physically fit to assist with luggage handling and guest services.

A valid driver's license.

Previous hospitality experience is a plus—but not required.
