A Few Words About the Role

Direct Sales is one of the key growth channels for the company in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. We are excited about the plan to launch a Direct Sales team in the Czech Republic. You will join a phenomenal team of mission-driven people to further expand our customer base.

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is ready to take responsibility for all our direct sales activities and will be responsible for achieving an ambitious sales plan. This will involve selling independently to gain experience and become an expert in the field, as well as building your own team of Brand Ambassadors (sales representatives) from scratch. These ambassadors will meet with Czech dog owners in person, exceed their sales targets, and represent the PsiBufet brand.

After a successful start, the role of Sales Manager will evolve to managing your own sales teams across the entire CEE region.

On this position, you will:

  • In the first phase, conduct field sales independently (including weekends), becoming an absolute sales expert ready to pass on your knowledge to the team.
  • Build and develop your own team of Brand Ambassadors from scratch.
  • Collaborate directly with Regional Direct Sales Manager
  • Build close lines of communication with the sales teams in the UK, Ireland,Benelux and Germany, implementing shared learnings into current sales practices.
  • Search independently for opportunities for the best locations connected with sales activities.
  • Be an "owner" of your results and strive for the continuous improvement of key metrics.
  • Be a leader who faces challenges head-on, knowing that we are building something big and valuable.
  • Put the customer first, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.

A Few Words About You:

  • You have a min. of 2 years of sales experience (direct/field sales).
  • Leading sales training is a pleasure for you.
  • Experience in coordinating or leading a sales team is welcome.
  • You have excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets for precise results reporting.
  • You love sales and enjoy direct interaction with customers.
  • You possess exceptional communication skills. You feel comfortable talking to all team members and customers.
  • You have a very good command of English (min. B2 level).
  • You remain calm under pressure and are the person the team turns to for advice when times get tough.
  • You love dogs
  • You have a category B driver's license.
