What you'll do:
  • Support customers across phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Use CRM and ticketing tools to deliver accurate solutions
  • Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to our knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and best practices
