Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

You are a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in a Shared Service Center environment. You understand finance processes (AP, AR, GL) and have hands-on experience with their operations.

  • University degree (minimum Bachelor's).
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); Czech is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a passion for emerging trends.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; confident in delivering presentations.
  • Able to work under pressure, adapt to change, and think holistically.
  • Independent, well-organized, and communicative.
  • Experience with projects or project components, and eager to grow further.
  • Willing to travel occasionally to client sites.

Your future role

  • Client communication and collaboration on transformation projects.
  • Preparation and presentation of deliverables, leading workshops.
  • Project management support – task tracking, reporting, and progress monitoring.
  • Organizing transition and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Delivering training and hyper care support during change implementations.
  • Actively contributing ideas, identifying connections, and staying ahead with technology.
