Hledáme Sales Managera/Managerku, který/á se nebojí odpovědnosti, výzev a umí motivovat tým k výjimečným výsledkům.

Na této pozici budeš:

  • Vést a rozvíjet obchodní tým 6 specialistů na OOPP v  České republice a na Slovensku.

  • Budovat a efektivně řídit pipeline obchodních příležitostí.

  • Nést odpovědnost za péči o klíčové klienty.

  • Spolupracovat s produktovým oddělením a přinášet zpětnou vazbu z trhu.

  • Pravidelně reportovat výsledky a společně se svým týmem hledat nové příležitosti pro růst naší kategorie.
     

Co od tebe očekáváme:

  • Zkušenost s vedením týmu (výhodou je zkušenost v B2B segmentu).

  • Znalost slovenského a/nebo českého trhu.

  • Strategické myšlení, vynikající komunikační dovednosti a orientaci na výsledek.

  • Schopnost udržet rovnováhu mezi operativou a strategií.

  • Aktivní znalost angličtiny je podmínkou.
