Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively collaborate with partners on brick-based marketing initiatives through both online and face-to-face meetings.
  • Be the contact person on behalf of Model Production (MP) within the LEGO Group and internally in MP for LEGO global and regional campaigns from project clarification and delivering MP part into overall concept up to project delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to tackle challenges and craft innovative brick marketing solutions.
  • Apply market insights to shape project scope and ensure the best outcomes for partners.
  • Lead global projects seamlessly from request through design, development, and delivery, ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Manage internal resource planning and adjust as needed to meet project demands and timelines.
  • Keep all collaborators informed and engaged, swiftly addressing any changes or issues that arise.
  • Propose enhancements based on experience, ensuring we're always evolving and exceeding partner expectations.

We are part of the Model Production team where we are the bridge between concept ideas and realization when it comes to brick based, building happenings and permanent instore solutions.

Model Production is the LEGO Groups unique marketing enabler that brings creations to life. We deliver best-in-class physical executions with digital enhancements, focusing on data-driven solutions for global campaigns and regional requests.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale projects with diverse partners.
  • Adaptable in project approaches.
  • A well-rounded perspective, especially during the initial project clarification phase.
  • Excellent communication skills (Czech and English).
  • Capable of independently leading and running projects.
  • Proficient in project management practices, including creating timelines, resource allocation, cost estimation, facilitating meetings, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, and tracking project status using available tools.
  • Actively engages in a collaborative approach with partners and strategic planners, particularly during the clarification phase, and effectively manages internal project team members indirectly.
