We are currently looking for the important role of a BSO (Business Support Operations) advisor in our Kladno Factory in the Czech republic. You will play a meaningful role of hiring, updating, maintaining, and reporting across all employees' data.
Core Responsibilities- Employee Documentation management, ensuring its correctness and accuracy.
- Providing high quality HRIS services to a wide variety of internal partners.
- Contract and addendum handling, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Performing hiring and onboarding related activities.
- Continuously looking to improve current processes and procedures.
- Helping to keep good and valuable relationship across MasterData, Payroll and PPC (People, Places and Culture) departments.
The main purpose of the Master Data department is to ensure that the HR data (both – personal and organisational) are accurate and always updated, globally. The data is then used by many other departments (payroll, reporting, planning.) which underlines the importance of its quality.
The Advisor plays a meaningful role in establishing a sustainable Employee Master data department in the BSO. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality, and fun in the everyday life
Do you have what it takes?- Proven track record in similar position.
- Detailed orientated, focused person with good analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and build positive relationships.
- Experience working in HR would be an advantage.
- Good Knowledge of Workday SAP, SHAPEiN or any other HR system is a plus.
- Proven ability of making process or procedural improvements.
- Takes initiative, makes informed decisions and has a customer service mindset.
- Verbal and Written Czech and English required.
