Job Description:The Designer - Layouts will prepare and manage development plans for buildings and parks, ensuring compliance with design and sustainability standards.
The role includes coordinating design work, preparing project documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, the designer will modify site plans and building drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Revit 3D models.
  • Preparation and management of concept and development plans for buildings and parks, focusing on urban design, architecture, and functional layout for existing and future areas.
  • Coordination of the document preparation process, ensuring resource deployment, timing, quality, and communication with other departments, while incorporating feedback.
  • Support acquisition and evaluation of land-use planning documentation and ensure compliance with local and CTP group standards (e.g., ESG, BREEAM).
  • Regular updating and revision of development plans, including functional layouts, green areas, park facilities, and architectural design.
  • Supervision of planning processes, including consultations and reviews during planning permission and building permit stages.
  • Selection and management of project documentation processors during the pre-development phase.
  • Preparation of commercial and technical specifications for contracts with suppliers in the pre-development phase.
  • Coordination of design work, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and communicates with third-party stakeholders.
  • Participation in tenant layout preparations, focusing on workplace ergonomics, standards compliance, and architectural design.
  • Guidance and development of designers, ensuring effective methodology and high-quality outputs.
  • Author's supervision of projects to ensure fulfillment of assignments and adherence to design principles.
  • Processing site plans, business layouts, and development studies in line with technical design and legislative requirements.
  • Creation of graphic attachments for commercial offers and supporting documents for contract documentation.
  • Sorting, archiving, and modifying project documentation, including updates to building drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Revit 3D models.
