Co bude Vaší prací:
  • Navrhovat a vyvíjet pokročilá řešení strojového učení nad velkoobjemovými daty – od dávkového zpracování až po real-time scénáře. Pracujeme s datovými streamy z různých zdrojů (včetně Kafky) a stavíme robustní predikční pipeline v prostředí Azure s využitím nástrojů jako Databricks.
  • Zodpovídat za celý životní cyklus ML modelů – od přípravy dat, přes trénování a validaci, až po nasazení a provoz.
  • Spolupracovat na návrhu datových a provozních architektur a optimalizaci pipeline pro maximální efektivitu.
  • Podílet se na vývoji inovativních projektů v rámci AI týmu, které kombinují klasické ML přístupy s generativní AI.
Koho hledáme:
  • Prakticky orientovaného odborníka se zkušenostmi s návrhem a provozem ML řešení nad rozsáhlými daty – ideálně i ve streamovaném nebo near-real-time prostředí.
  • Kolegu či kolegyni se systémovým myšlením, zájmem o škálovatelná řešení a otevřeností k novým technologiím i spolupráci napříč AI týmem.
  • Týmového hráče, který chápe ML jako součást širšího ekosystému – ať už jde o RAG řešení, integraci modelů do AI pipeline nebo vývoj hybridních systémů kombinujících klasické a generativní přístupy.
Co od Vás očekáváme:
  • Silné technické dovednosti, otevřenou mysl a chuť rozvíjet se v oblasti ML a AI.
  • Praktické zkušenosti s návrhem, trénováním a provozem ML modelů nad komplexními datovými sadami.
  • Znalost nástrojů pro distribuované zpracování dat, streamové pipeline a práci s časovými řadami.
  • Orientaci v cloudových platformách, zejména Azure, a zkušenosti s Databricks.
  • Dobrou znalost knihoven a nástrojů pro machine learning a datové zpracování.
  • Základy MLOps – verzování, monitoring, správa pipeline a produkční nasazení.
  • Znalost LLMOps - správa, verzování a produkcionalizace promptů, řešení nákladů a kapacity LLMs.
  • Povědomí o možnostech a limitech generativní AI z technického i aplikačního pohledu.
  • Schopnost efektivní týmové spolupráce, sdílení know-how a aktivní účasti na technických inovacích.
  • Angličtinu na úrovni umožňující komunikaci v týmu, čtení dokumentace a účast na technických diskusích.
