About the team

As an AI engineer, you'll join a European center of excellence connecting business needs with cutting-edge AI and data solutions. Our 30+ experts from 9 nationalities bring diverse backgrounds across telco, banking, insurance, life sciences, and physics.

What you'll work on:

You'll design, build, and deploy production-ready AI systems that power business transformation. This includes:

• Automating enterprise workflows with AI.

• Fine-tuning and scaling large language models on Databricks/MosaicML.

• Applying RAG/CAG for accuracy and reliability.

• Building agentic AI systems that integrate with enterprise tools.

• Ensuring secure, explainable, and compliant AI in production.

Skills & knowledge:

• 3+ years in applied AI/ML engineering.

• Strong Python with PyTorch/TensorFlow/HuggingFace.

• Experience with Databricks, MosaicML, and vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).

• Knowledge of RL, fine-tuning, and model optimization.

• Familiarity with agentic AI (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• Experience with distributed systems, SQL platforms, and cloud (Azure preferred).

• MLOps knowledge (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)..

• STEM degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) is a plus.
