What part will you play?

Every day we solve a different challenge – we support our customers to find the best solution for a smooth project execution or to tackle our customer's problems. In our projects, we support our customers implementing new tools and processes and solve customer problems with high initiative and a digital mindset.

Your focus would be:

• Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams to adopt and improve Agile practices.
• Remove impediments that hinder Scrum teams' progress.
• Promote self-organization and continuous improvement within Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Champion Agile values and principles across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with Agile trends and best practices.
• Act as a sparring partner for our clients when it comes to implementing digital solutions.

What you need to make real what matters:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum events and coach Scrum teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in building up and leading a PMO in an international environment.
• You are interested in automatization of processes and digitalization initiatives.
• You are patient and agile when confronted with difficult situations and looking forward to push through when there are times of high pressure.
• You have an analytical mindset, and you can communicate your ideas convincingly in English, any other languages i.e. German are a plus.
• With an international mindset, you display deep intercultural understanding and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You are highly flexible and willing to travel, mostly in Europe
• Professional communication - maintaining clarity, respect, and confidence in every interaction. Truly understanding customer concerns and building trust through empathy.
• Proactive Support - anticipating customer needs, going extra mile, more than expected. Solving issues swiftly, effectively, and with ownership
