We are searching for a (Senior) Product Manager for Garnier to take the lead in driving brand's growth while creating meaningful connections with consumers. So if you're ready to make an impact, keep reading

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Lead product launches and drive growth for Garnier by leveraging your expertise in products, markets, and consumer behavior.
  • IAnalyze consumer and market insights, as well as competitor strategies, to provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Implement new launches, sustain growth in pillar products, and bring the core catalogue to life.
  • Develop and execute marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to create integrated and engaging consumer experiences.
  • Tailor communication materials, including digital content, imagery, and point-of-sale assets, to resonate with local audiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, advocacy, etc.) and external agencies to deliver broader business strategies on time.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on your deep understanding of consumers, markets, and competitors.
  • Manage the PPP budget and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful messages for senior management.
  • Recommend, implement, and oversee media strategies, promotional plans, and trade marketing initiatives.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

  • You hold a university degree.
  • You bring 3-4 years of experience in marketing (brand, product, or trade).
  • You're fluent in Czech/Slovak or Hungarian, and English.
  • You're responsible, independent, and have a knack for innovation.

  • You have an analytical mindset and a talent for turning data into insights.
