Our customer, a leading pharmaceutical company, is driving innovation with cutting-edge data technologies. Their data solutions enable teams to process, analyze, and deliver high-quality insights from diverse data sources, supporting critical decisions and global operations.

What will be your job?

  • Build robust and scalable data pipelines using Java Spring Boot
  • Connect to various data sources (REST APIs, databases, message queues) and normalize data for indexing
  • Design and manage OpenSearch indices, mappings, and ingestion strategies
  • Implement transformation logic to clean, enrich, and format data before indexing
  • Integrate monitoring tools and implement logging for pipeline health and performance
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, DevOps, and other data engineers

About you?

  • Strong experience in Java & Spring Boot, building microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services: OpenSearch, S3, CloudWatch
  • Experience with ETL processes
  • Deep understanding of OpenSearch
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or similar
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, TestContainers)
  • At least intermediate English
