LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATION (m/f/d)

Praha, Czech Republic

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing the full supplier order cycle, from order entry to delivery follow-up
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing invoice processes, including issuing proforma invoices and credit notes
  • Handling transport claims and coordinating corrective actions with logistics partners
  • Monitoring delivery performance and proactively addressing delays or issues
  • Cooperating closely with Sales Managers,, Finance, and other departments on a daily basis
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Experiences in logistic or a relevant field
  • 3-5 years professional experiences in logistics/transportation claims
  • Proactive person with heart and mind
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Communicative, skills and solution-oriented personality
  • Fluent in czech and english
  • Enjoy teamwork and have a healthy sense of humour
