Location: Prague, Czech Republic, Hybrid
About the Position
This is a standout opportunity to lead brand activation across our most iconic brands — Rama, Flora, ProActiv, Hera, Creme Bonjour and Perla — in the Czech and Slovak markets. As our Brand Manager, you'll own the full marketing agenda for your region, driving strategy and execution across the 6Ps. From insight-led campaigns to innovation launches, packaging development and commercial alignment, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine.
You'll report to the Group Brand Activation Manager EE and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, RGM, Category, R&D and Customer Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, agility and delivering results — and is ready to grow with the brands.
Key responsibilities include:
Brand Strategy & Growth
Build and implement brand strategies aligned with local and global directionDevelop consumer-first growth plans across the 6Ps, rooted in insight and market trendsLead new product development and go-to-market plans, ensuring timely and impactful launchesOversee portfolio performance and RGM initiatives to drive profitability and reduce complexityPrepare selling stories for new product development and retailer engagementDefine brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpointsDevelop seasonal and thematic activations (e.g., holiday recipes, sustainability campaigns)Represent brand plans to internal stakeholders and senior leadershipLead development of business cases for new products, campaigns and line extensionsPerformance, Budget & Activation
Monitor brand performance using KPIs and market data (e.g., Nielsen, YouGov, Kantar)Use data to drive decision-making and establish scorecards across functionsManage A&P budgets with a focus on ROI across media, digital and in-store activationsTrack marketing budgets and manage vendor relationsReport campaign performance and assess impact against business goalsOwn the full P&L for your brands and countriesProduct & Packaging Development
Support development of new products and line extensionsAssist in packaging design and updates, ensuring compliance with food regulationsCoordinate sensory evaluations and taste tests with internal teams or agenciesWork with legal and regulatory teams to ensure packaging and communications meet safety and labelling lawsManage updates to nutritional information, ingredient lists and claimsMarketing Campaign Execution
Plan and execute ATL (TV, radio, print) and oversee BTL (in-store, sampling, events) campaignsCollaborate with digital teams on social media and influencer marketingTrack campaign KPIs including reach, engagement and ROICross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, Category and R&D teamsAlign brand and commercial strategies for product launches and availabilityPartner with external agencies (creative, media, PR) and suppliersConsumer & Market Insights
Conduct consumer and shopper research to identify growth opportunitiesTranslate insights into compelling brand propositions and strategic initiativesAnalyse market data to track brand performance and category dynamicsMonitor competitor products, pricing and promotional strategiesProject Leadership
Lead and coordinate projects across departments with agility and ownershipEnsure smooth execution of campaigns and innovation pipelinesWhat Does It Take to Be Successful?
