GenAI Academy Intern

We're looking for students of Czech Universities, who are interested in a long-term collaboration with MSD.

Interning as a GenAI Academy Intern you will: 

• Support the creation and organization of content for the GenAI Knowledge Hub. 
• Assist in persona analysis to help tailor GenAI and Agentic AI training opportunities. 
• Collaborate with internal IT partners and the global business partner's Learning & Development team on training initiatives. 
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve GenAI adoption and personal productivity across the organization. 

What should you know / have: 

• Interest in artificial intelligence, especially generative AI and its applications. 
• Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Basic research and strong organizational skills. 
• Willingness to learn new digital tools and concepts. 
• No prior experience required—enthusiasm and curiosity are most important. 

What will you do / learn: 

• Gain hands-on experience with GenAI tools and platforms. 
• Learn how to analyze user personas and training needs in a business context. 
• Develop skills in content creation, digital collaboration, and project support. 
• Build connections with professionals in Learning & Development and global business teams. 
• Explore how GenAI can boost productivity and foster a forward-thinking mindset in organizations.
