Minimum required skills and expected activities:

 Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, …)

o Excellent planning skills in complex environment (multi-country, multi-year, many

IT systems, …)

o Leading project meetings, preparing meeting minutes and providing status

updates to senior management

o Identification of project risks, issues and trigger escalation process

o Experienced in test management

o Monitoring of financial health of the program

o Management of RTO requests – infrastructure/VTS

 Excellent communication skills

 Excellent analytical skills

 Excellent problem-solving skills

 Excellent negotiation skills

 Excellent stakeholder management skills

 Excellent presentation skills

 Excellent prioritization skills

 Excellent people management skills, ability to lead PM team

 Ability to work under stress

 Banking industry and products knowledge

 Proven experience with complex IT program deliveries

 Solid understanding of IT architectural principles

 Knowledge of Security and Compliance principles and regulations in banking industry

 Perfect knowledge of MS office tools

Additional preferable knowledge/skills:

 Knowledge of UniCredit tools and processes (SIM, PM, RM, security, …)

 Previous successful delivery of UniCredit programs in similar role

Handover period: 3 months
