About the job

We are seeking an experienced Head of Architecture to lead our architecture practice and drive strategic technology decisions across enterprise-scale projects. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital experience solutions and ensuring robust, scalable, and future-ready architectures.

Key responsibilities:
  • Architectural Leadership: Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Cloud Strategy & Enablement: Lead adoption and optimisation of Sitecore Cloud offerings, including XM Cloud, Content Hub, CDP, Personalize, and related SaaS components.
  • Solution Design: Oversee design and implementation of complex, integrated solutions leveraging Sitecore DXP and modern cloud-native patterns.
  • Innovation & Modernisation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, ensuring our architecture evolves with the latest Sitecore capabilities and industry standards.
  • Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish architecture review processes, ensure compliance with security and performance standards, and manage technical risk.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery, Engineering, and Consulting teams to align architecture with business objectives and client needs.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the organisation in client engagements, RFPs, and strategic workshops as a trusted technology advisor.
What we expect:
  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture leadership roles within digital experience or CMS ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of Sitecore platform and its latest Cloud offerings (XM Cloud, Content Hub, CDP, Personalize).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, SaaS models, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks (e.g., Headless, ) and composable architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical oversight.
  • Experience in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Background in large-scale digital transformation projects.
