We are looking for a true new-business hunter to open and grow the Middle East region. Your core mission is to win new enterprise clients in fintech, digital banking, payments and financial services. You will have SDR support for top-of-funnel outreach, allowing you to focus on high-value conversations and closing. You will also represent our engineering capabilities — including specialised product & engineering teams — when relevant to client needs.
what_youll_do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new fintech, payments, digital banking and FS clients across the Middle East through outbound outreach, networking, events and your own market connections.
- New‑business sales: Engage prospects, understand their needs, position relevant fintech or digital financial technology solutions, and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
- Market expansion: Build and own a new‑business pipeline and execute sales plans focused on winning enterprise clients in ME.
- Relationship building: Develop strong relationships with senior decision‑makers in banks, PSPs, fintechs and financial institutions to open new opportunities.
- Sales Conversion: Present customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts that drive profitable revenue and establish long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within fintech, banking/insurance software development, and custom software development.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as delivery, product/project management, and customer service to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management through the centralised deal management system.

What you need to succeed
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable ability to generate new business and close deals within the finance, banking, and IT services sectors, with a focus on consultancy-led sales and nearshore IT service delivery.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the finance and banking industry, with substantial knowledge of IT services, including fintech, software development for banking/insurance, and custom software development.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Advanced skills in understanding client needs and developing tailored IT solutions that drive value and address specific business challenges.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional at initiating conversations, building trust with senior stakeholders, and influencing decision-makers. Proven experience in negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex IT solutions and business benefits clearly and persuasively. Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a similar sales role within the finance, banking, and IT services sectors, with demonstrated success in consultancy-led sales and nearshore IT service delivery.
- Flexibility: Location flexibility is a given as the expectation is you will be meeting prospects, attending conferences and working remotely.
