Job Description

As a Research Hospitality Intern, you'll support the team in:

  • Collecting and analyzing data on hospitality assets, including hotel performance, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and pipeline activity
  • Monitoring macroeconomic indicators and tourism trends that impact hospitality real estate
  • Assisting in the creation of market reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client use
  • Supporting research for valuation, capital markets, and advisory teams
  • Maintaining databases and contributing to data quality initiatives
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented student with a passion for hospitality and commercial real estate. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Economics, Urban Planning, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
  • A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
