IDC is looking to hire a Technical Product Manager.
As a Product Manager, you will be joining our Product Team and will be working closely with our Product, Program, Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics and Customer Success teams to plan, implement and measure key product initiatives while also managing dependencies, priorities, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities:
- Own your squad's products and experiences, existing or new, from ideation and development, through to launch and measuring success
- Support the definition of your squad's roadmap and sprint goals based on input from the VP Digital Product, your squad and your stakeholders in order to align with the overall mission and strategy of the product you will be working with
- Drive maximum impact based on user insights, data analysis, market research and company strategy and adapting the product feature subset to meet the objectives behind those metrics
- Facilitate sprint planning and grooming ceremonies for your squad
- Plan upcoming releases as per the product roadmap in conjunction with the program team
- Define the detailed requirements and user stories in collaboration with your squad and by ensuring that the product goals are met
- Collaborate with Product Design to ensure proper handoff of UI/UX to engineering
- Collaborate with VP Product Management to ensure proper handoff of tracking requirements to engineering
- Facilitate workshops and technical conversations with Stakeholders, Engineering, Product Support and Customer Success
- Manage and facilitate day-to-day product aspects related to Jira (e.g. tickets creation, story pointing, bug prioritisation, backlog management, velocity tracking, sprint planning, release scheduling, etc)
- Support your squad with resolving blockers they might encounter during the development cycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in CS or other technical fields preferred
- 5 + years of experience working in a Product role
- Experience building a Business to Business focused digital product
- Previous experience with research and/or digital content would be a plus but certainly not mandatory
- Experience working within a cross-functional Agile Scrum team
- Comfortable working in a highly technical environment with highly technical people. Understanding of APIs and Large Language Model development would be a plus but certainly not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems by pulling in the right people and the right information, doing this with purpose regardless of whether you are discussing with the CTO, CEO, Engineering team, Customer Success Manager or other product managers
- Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire others
- Bias for action
