Hledáme Product designéra na poloviční úvazek, který nám pomůže zlepšit ochranu našich klientů v digitálním světě.

Co děláme?

Jsme tým, který pracuje na zlepšování ochrany našich klientů v digitálním prostředí. Věnujeme se oblasti prevence a edukace našich klientů, abychom je efektivně informovali o aktuálních podvodech a ochránili jejich peníze.

Vaše práce bude pestrá a zaměřená na oblast komunikace směrem ke klientům, oblast inovací a objevování nových obchodních modelů v oblasti klientské bezpečnosti.

Máte chuť:
  • připravovat komunikaci na 2 miliony klientů v oblasti bezpečnosti
  • mluvit s klienty opravdu do hloubky a zjišťovat správné problémy, ale taky ověřovat navržená řešení
  • hledat nové možnosti spolupráce s partnery, kteří nám mohou pomoci s bezpečností
  • podílet se společně s product ownerem na přípravě plánu a priorit dodávek týmu
  • potkávat se a intenzivně spolupracovat s kolegy z jiných týmů nebo partnerských firem
  • pracovat v agilním prostředí našeho týmu spadajícího do domény digitální identity klienta
Budeme si rozumět, pokud:
  • umíte vidět vše očima koncového uživatele a vcítit se do jeho kůže a problémů
  • svůj návrh umíte samostatně prezentovat, vysvětlit a obhájit, ale zároveň si uvědomujete výhod pracovat v týmu, kde jiný názor Vás postrčí k lepšímu řešení
  • umíte si říct o správná data, proč je potřebujete a pak interpretovat, co v nich je
  • máte zkušenosti s klientským výzkumem
  • zajímáte se aktivně o oblasti technologických a finančních novinek
  • máte zkušenost z oblasti bezpečnosti
  • umíte pracovat s aplikací Sales Force konkrétně s Marketing Cloud
  • pro vás není problém aktivně komunikovat anglicky slovem a písmem
