What you'll build

• Participation in planning and budgeting processes for business with focus on Maintenance and Cloud KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Support the team in Controlling related topics, such as quarter end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to management
• Management and continuous improvement of various standardized reports. Participation in projects to optimize and further develop Controlling tools, processes and infrastructure
• Carrying out actual analysis and data quality assurance in close cooperation with Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS)
• Support in the documentation of SOX processes as part of internal audits and participation in the creation of internal documents
• Proactive collaboration and communication with team members, managers, and other internal stakeholders in an international environment

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences of business administration, business information systems or adjacent disciplines
• Proficiency with MS Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint), additional Macro/VBA skills are desirable. First experiences in Business Intelligence systems are a further advantage.
• Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and process-oriented thinking pattern with good
• Pronounced quality awareness, preciseness, and the ability
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• First working experience in Finance & Controlling is a plus.
• Very good language skills in English required.

The Business Area Controlling (BAC) team for Maintenance & Cloud supports management at regional level with all Controlling related activities such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting and actual analysis for Maintenance & Cloud revenue streams
