Thousands of engineers globally are shaping this platform, and our Prague tech hub is a key part of that effort. But we don't just keep the engine running—we push the tech boundaries of what's possible, alongside teams from Lisbon, London, and New York. Here in Prague, we have teams specializing in frontend development (including mobile, TV, and web), backend development (Java), DevOps & Platform Engineering, AWS, and data science.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you'll work across Agile delivery teams, acting as a domain expert in Identity and platform capabilities. You'll ensure that technical solutions are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with strategic business goals. You'll play a key role in shaping delivery processes, mentoring others, and driving cross-team collaboration.

What is the plot?

Global Commerce are responsible for the Identity and Sales and Service platform within Global Streaming Technology, facilitating seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms, notably: Peacock, SkyShowtime, Showmax, NOW & WOW. You will join the Prague based Identity team—focusing on sign up, sign in, and related user journeys.

Your daily tasks:

• Lead cross-team workshops to define scope and ensure traceability of requirements.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Engineers, and Solution Architects to refine technical specifications.

• Translate strategic business needs into actionable user epics and delivery plans.

• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for new features and changes.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, and estimation sessions.

• Support the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and design through to testing and deployment.

• Own and maintain RAID logs and monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Act as a stand-in for the Scrum Master when required.

• Own system and process documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding.

• Support QA teams in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Mentor and coach Technical Analysts and other team members.

What skills do you need to play your role well?

• Proven experience in technical analysis within agile delivery environments.

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with a clear understanding of what is important when building highly available, highly reliable REST based services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and adept at translating complex technical concepts into meaningful recommendations

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data visualization platforms.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

• Experience in media, streaming, or telecom domains is a plus.
