Senior Retail Media Growth Manager

The Senior Retail Media Growth Manager owns the strategy and execution of Rohlik's Retail Media business in the Czech market — shaping the roadmap, driving commercial outcomes and developing partnerships that make retail media genuinely valuable for brands.

We're looking for someone who can think big, act fast and build meaningful senior relationships — while still rolling up their sleeves to bring campaigns and partnerships to life.

What you'll do

• Own the Czech retail media strategy and execution — what we sell, to whom, and how we win.

• Grow existing partnerships and activate former advertisers — supported by a strong CRM pipeline of qualified leads.

• Open and deepen C-level relationships at major advertisers and media agency groups.

• Negotiate quarterly and annual agreements, not just one-off campaigns — expanding multi-channel collaboration over time.

• Create multi-channel solutions (onsite, offsite, CRM, offline) that deliver measurable brand outcomes.

• Lead quarterly and annual commercial planning, including forecasting, revenue pacing and corrective actions.

• Bring advertiser and agency insights directly into product, analytics and ad-tech teams.

• Represent Rohlik on the Czech media scene — conferences, panels and industry groups.

You won't be "managing a book". You'll be building a business.

What we look for

• 5+ years across digital media, programmatic, FMCG or e-commerce - mix of sales, strategy or category growth roles.

• Experience in growing strategic partnerships and negotiating annual frameworks

• A strong network across Czech brands and media agencies

• Ability to turn advertiser needs into smart, scalable solutions

• Confidence to engage with senior decision-makers

• Strong analytical mindset — forecasting, pacing, business cases

• Entrepreneurial spirit — strategy in the morning, hands-on execution after lunch

• Fluent Czech & advanced English

• HubSpot/CRM experience is a plus
