As a Senior Key Account Manager for Czechia and Slovakia, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening our presence in both markets, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with our key retail and distribution partners.

What you'll do:
Account Management (80%)
- Drive sales growth through tailored strategies for existing retail accounts in Czechia and Slovakia.
- Act as the main contact, collaborating with clients on operations, marketing, and buying needs.
- Align client needs with internal teams (operations, marketing, product development).
- Oversee customer satisfaction, sales growth, and yearly negotiations.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, monitor budgets, and manage retail promotions.
- Analyze sales, market trends, and competitor activities to create improvement plans.
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper displays and resolve issues.
New Business Development (20%)
- Identify and acquire new accounts in key regions.
- Present products to potential clients, create excitement, and guide them to the next stage of partnership.
- Develop commercial opportunities with retailers, distributors, and agents.
What makes you a great fit:
- 3–5 years of account management experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to work with large retail chains, understanding their intricacies.
- Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot), EDI (Grit), warehousing (Depoto), and data transfer tools (Markant) is a strong plus.
- Track record of meeting KPIs such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and margin targets.
- Fluency in Czech and English is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, unifying diverse stakeholders.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver.
- Adaptable to change and ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
