Data Analyst Intern

Interning as a Data analyst you will:

We are seeking a Data Visualization & Power BI Intern to support our Global Talent Enablement team. This internship is focused on turning people- and program-level data into clear, actionable dashboards that inform decisions about the global onboarding process, talent enablement programs, talent attraction, and employer branding. You will work closely with talent teams to build reports, validate metrics, and help tell the story of our employee and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining interactive Power BI reports and dashboards focused on:
• Global onboarding metrics (time-to-productivity, completion rates, new hire feedback).
• Talent enablement program performance (participation, completion, satisfaction).
• Talent attraction and employer branding metrics (candidate pipeline, source effectiveness, employer brand engagement).
• Support translating talent and HR stakeholder questions into clear visualizations and data stories.
• Prepare and shape people and program data: cleaning, transforming and modeling data with Power Query (M) and Power BI Desktop.
• Learn and apply basic DAX to create measures such as conversion rates, median/average times, cohort analyses, and NPS/CSAT aggregations..
• Contribute to dashboard usability and accessibility: consistent layout, filters, tooltips, and drill-throughs tailored for HR audiences.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, gather feedback, and present small analyses or dashboard demos to the talent team.
• Stay current with Power BI features and people-analytics visualization best practices; propose improvements.

What should you know / have:

•  Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a bachelor's program in Data Science, Analytics, Human Resources Analytics, Business, Psychology, or related field — or equivalent coursework/self-study projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI Desktop (coursework, a project, or self-study).
• Strong interest in people analytics
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a curious analytical mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional HR stakeholders.
