From Prague office, this role is part of the Europe Lubes organization, providing engineering services to external customers. A successful candidate should have

engineering degree, any experience in oil and gas industry is beneficial. Candidate must have a high level of motivation, work well among international team, have a flexibility to travel. This role involves problem solving, external and internal collaboration and identifying opportunities.

• Flawless implementation of engineering services at nominated key accounts
• Identify and execute improvement opportunities via product upgrades, new product introductions, implementation of services
• Generate content to feed creation of proof of performance collateral
• Lead field root cause analysis/investigation regarding product or equipment performance
• Act as an engineering, services and technical sales mentor and resource for the field sales force
• Conduct training for the benefit of sales and technical employees, customers on product knowledge, applications, and services

• BS, MS or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in lubes applications and lubes technology
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and additional EU language is benefit (preference French)
• Willingness to regularly travel around Europe
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and flexible to change priorities
• Independent, initiative-taking, able to perform with limited guidance
