We are seeking an experienced Collibra Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing workflows within the Collibra Data Governance platform. This role requires advanced knowledge of Collibra's workflow engine, business process automation, and data governance best practices to streamline and automate governance processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced workflows in Collibra to automate data governance processes.

  • Collaborate with data governance teams, business stakeholders, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into effective workflow solutions.

  • Customize and extend workflows using Collibra Workflow Designer and scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy.

  • Maintain and optimize existing workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues, providing ongoing technical support.

  • Ensure workflows adhere to organizational policies, data governance standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Document workflow designs, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

  • Provide training and guidance to end-users and administrators on workflow usage and management.

  • Stay current with Collibra platform updates and recommend enhancements to improve workflow capabilities.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Collibra SME with a focus on workflow design and automation.

  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with Collibra Workflow Designer, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting.

  • Familiarity with BPMN standards and process automation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

  • Collibra certifications (e.g., Collibra Ranger, Collibra Workflow Engineer).

  • Experience in enterprise data governance initiatives.

  • Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
