We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a program of multiple projects focused on implementing Conversational AI solutions, including Chatbots based on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). The role requires exceptional communication, advanced stakeholder management, and extensive experience in international IT project management, leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multi-project IT program focused on Conversational AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of AI-driven Chatbots and RAG-based technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, AI experts, IT consultants, architects) to ensure successful delivery.

• Define and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels (executives, business unit leaders, program managers, product owners, C-Level).

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, report progress, and showcase solutions.

• Apply best practices in project management, including Agile/Scrum, risk management, change management, and performance tracking.

• Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across global teams.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.

• Provide clear and regular project status updates using Confluence, Jira, and PowerPoint.

• Evaluate vendors and off-the-shelf solutions to integrate cutting-edge AI technology.

• Monitor operations, reporting improvements, and usage statistics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager with a strong track record of leading complex IT programs.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-Level engagement.

• Extensive experience in international project management across cross-functional, distributed teams.

• Good knowledge of Conversational AI technologies, particularly Chatbots and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (Confluence, Jira).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Expert-level skills in PowerPoint for impactful project reporting and presentations.

• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
