Your mission?

As a Product Designer you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our enterprise SaaS solutions by designing experiences that are functional, elegant, and impactful. You'll drive end-to-end design process, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners.

Your Mission Can Be Split Into 3 Key Areas
  • Product Design – Elevate the quality and impact of our core product experiences through user-centered and data-informed design by designing solutions that works well on desktop, tablets and smartphones.
  • Design System – Own and evolve our GRID design system, from improving components' usability to up-to-date documentation. Expand its capabilities and drive its adoption across teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Design Excellence – Contribute to improving design maturity, team efficiency, and craft quality throughout the organization.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Covering the end-to-end solution process from initial Discovery and Design to pre-release and post-launch validation.
  • Own and improve specific areas of the product user experience in collaboration with Product Owners, Product Managers and engineers.
  • In collaboration with UX Researcher execute usability and accessibility audits, leverage quantitative data, conduct qualitative user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. Make complex and functional, simple and delightful.
  • Collaborate with entire design team to evolve and maintain the GRID design system while actively participate in component documentation in Supernova and Storybook.
  • Run, facilitate or participate in design reviews and co-creation design sessions with your team.
  • Help grow design culture and practices across the company by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and driving craft excellence.

What should you have to succeed?
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience designing complex enterprise applications and B2B digital products.
  • Familiarity with UX research qualitative and quantitative methods and ability to run (early) discoveries to final solution validations and post-launch evaluations.
  • Ability to explore and effectively communicate ideas in a range of fidelities (from paper sketches to interactive prototypes) to various stakeholders.
  • Experience of designing and documenting components covering handoff for developers as well.
  • Good visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset – you're open to feedback, curious, and proactive.

  • Although it is not just about the tools, we use Figma, MixPanel, Storybook, Office 365, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and … of course, whiteboards or paper and pen
  • Mac and Windows friendly. With the Bring-your-own-device policy you can even work on your hardware.

The team and our spirit

PriceFX's design team is currently made up of designers and design system engineers working together to unify and evolve our design practices and language that other colleagues leverage.

Product Designers also partner with other organizational members, including Product Owners, Engineers, Salespeople, and Content and Marketing Specialists, to scale exceptional experiences across web, CRM, and mobile platforms.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is CZK – CZK per year, with actual pay to be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for bonus targeted at 15% of base salary, with actual payout to be determined in accordance with then-current variable pay policy(ies).
