Do you have work experience in supply chain, like to speak in English and would consider yourself as an accurate person who likes to work both with data and people? Our amazing Order Management team at the LEGO Model Production is looking for a new member who will be coordinating the external-internal requests for element business and secure their delivery on time and in a proper quality.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of drive period and other campaigns of 2D and 3D materials, including orders entry, consolidations and delivery on time to the partners as well as management of make-to-order of the projects
  • Drives MCO (sourcing) role of 2D materials in close collaboration with Marketing product managers and suppliers
  • Active collaboration with dedicated market/partners to align on future expectations, providing regular status on results and communicate deviations
  • Creating system requests for make-to-order projects in a collaboration with project management team and help to build partners collaboration in terms of distribution
  • Closely collaborates with the Regional Distribution Center (at Jirny) regarding setting up and optimizing actual processes, scrapping, service level agreements
  • Actively participates in different order management projects to improve daily operations, processes and collaboration within LEGO Group

IMPORTANT: This role is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation support for this position.

The Model Production organization designs, develops and manufactures brick based solutions of in-store and 3D models on a global level. To contribute to the deliverables of the organization is essential to have available supporting activities of customer service department. This position is managing complaint flow of goods and secure delivery on time to the customers.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Work experience in supply chain or administration - ideally coming from a production company with multinational environment
  • Strong Excel knowledge (experience working in SAP is a huge plus)
  • Analytical skills + accurate work style
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to align and influence people across cultures, geographies and different seniority levels
    Fluency in both written and oral Czech and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
