Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will safeguard production (packing) by making sure machines, equipment, and people work together reliably and efficiently.
More over, you will:
- Define preventive maintenance strategy and process confirmation for particular areas.
- Be responsible for adjustment and planning of preventive maintenance according to actual results (EAR, cost, efficiency, OEE, recommendation from supplier)
- Monitor and evaluate technical downtimes, implement adequate countermeasures. Secure data to monitor the cost of machines maintenance.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the preventive maintenance plan and assess deviations from the standard, setting adequate corrective actions.
- Engage in global collaboration with counterparts at all company sites.
- Lead by example within the maintenance department and support the growth of junior colleagues through mentorship.
This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The role of Maintenance department in Packing is to prevent losses that are caused by equipment or system related problems. The ambition is to achieve and sustain optimum availability and operating condition, maximum utilization of maintenance resources, optimal spare parts inventory and ability to react quickly.
Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance or another relevant technical function
- Strong technical background gained through previous experience and/or education
- Expertise in managing transformations with a history of leading efforts, such as shifting maintenance practices from preventive to predictive
- Ability to read/understand technical drawings (AutoCAD, 3D models)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
What would be an advantage:
- Experience leading teams of technicians, electricians, mechatronics specialists, and mechanics.
- ERP (SAP) system experience
