Responsibilities:

• Develop User-Focused Training Materials: Design and produce a variety of training content, from clear and concise software tutorials to engaging interactive learning modules. Transform complex technical or engineering processes into intuitive, user-friendly guides.
• Streamline Creative Workflows: Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of design and content creation processes. This includes exploring and utilizing scripting, automation features within software, and emerging AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Create/Maintain visually engaging and user-friendly intranets or web applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Design Management: Oversee design for the creation of visually appealing and functional digital and print assets maintaining overall design consistency. Responsible for creating, updating, and managing a library of design templates.
• Develop power point presentations: Translate complex datasets and performance metrics into clear and compelling visual narratives, creating high-impact presentations that leverage expert data visualization, infographics, and motion graphics.
• Design/Project support: support with operational activities/projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Core Writing & Communication Skills

• Clarity and Conciseness: Ability to translate complex, technical information into simple, user-friendly, and engaging content for a specific target audience.
• Excellent English Proficiency: High-level written and verbal English skills (C1+)
• Editing and Proofreading: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure grammatical correctness, consistency (adhering to style guides), and accuracy.
• Audience Analysis: Assess the needs and knowledge level of different audiences (e.g., end-users, engineers) and tailor content accordingly.

Technical Skills & Domain Knowledge

• Technical Aptitude: A proven ability to quickly learn, understand, and develop processes
• Programming Language: A strong working knowledge of core front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in the following Tools:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)
• Collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects)
• Core Draw (preferred only)

Management & Soft Skills

• Project Management: Lead projects, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines is a senior-level expectation.
• Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills: Work effectively within cross-functional teams and possess strong interviewing and listening skills to extract information from SMEs.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Critically evaluate information, identify knowledge gaps, and present information in a logical, structured manner.
• Initiative: Work independently with limited supervision, be a self-starter, and proactively seek out information.
