Co tě u nás čeká:

  • Zodpovědnost za veškeré režijní nákupy od kancelářského vybavení, služeb a logistiky až po technologie a provozní materiály.

  • Řízení a optimalizace procurement procesů od tendrů a vyjednávání smluv až po schvalování a hlídání rozpočtů.

  • Hledání úspor, efektivity a možností, jak zlepšovat interní procesy napříč týmy.
  • Spolupráce s vedením firmy a finančním týmem na plánování výdajů, cashflow a strategických nákupů.
  • Zajištění kvality dodavatelů, vyjednávání obchodních podmínek a budování dlouhodobých partnerství.
  • Leadership a rozvoj týmu, povedeš kolegy z oblasti nákupu, logistiky a facility.

### Co od tebe čekáme:

  • Zkušenost s komplexním řízením nákupu nebo operations, ideálně z FMCG, retailu nebo e-commerce.
  • Praxi v režijním nákupu (OPEX, CAPEX, služby, technologie).
  • Schopnost nastavovat procesy, tendrovat dodavatele a challengovat status quo.
  • Angličtinu na pokročilé úrovni (B2/C1) – denní komunikace s dodavateli v EU.
  • Analytické myšlení, smysl pro detail a orientaci na data i výsledek.
  • Zodpovědnost, systematičnost a chuť neustále zlepšovat věci kolem sebe.
