We're seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Tbilisi team and help drive our brand forward. In this role, you'll develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility, support sales objectives, and drive market growth through effective communication, campaign management, and coordination of promotional activities across target regions.

At PHOTOMATE we are a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Manage promotional activities and events across target regions.
  • Create and manage content for digital channels, including social media and email marketing.
  • Support sales with marketing materials, lead generation, and campaign insights.
  • Analyse campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media tools).
  • A creative, data-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Georgian, English and Russian (min. C1)
