A Day in the Life

We are seeking experienced, confident Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Western Europe ACM Marketing team supporting Medtronic's business unit Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM).

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Growth Marketing Specialist will be a key strategic partner for the Integrated Marketer and European Product Management Team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Management of the request queue of all projects requested by marketers – reviewing and converted to a project as applicable
  • Project creation: Assigning a project sponsor, OU, iOU, product group, region, language etc – providing details that are important for reporting purposes as well for asset creation itself and the approval and compliance
  • Prioritization: meeting twice a week to discuss priorities together with the execution team
  • Project ownership of all projects in WorkFront
  • Asset approval and asset creation adjustments following reviewers requirements
  • Asset publishing as the licensed AEM content creator and publisher.
  • Asset reapproval for expiring assets that need to be addressed and routed to dedicated Product Marketers

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including digital marketing and or downstream marketing, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience including digital marketing and or downstream marketing
  • Experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns and compelling multi-media content.
  • Strong program management skills and adept at leading cross functional teams
  • Strong editorial skills in English
  • Healthcare industry and/or medical device experience preferably in med-surgical space
  • Ability to self-navigate in a complex, matrixed environment across business units and with sales organizations and engage stakeholders accordingly
