Join our team as a Web Platform Product Owner SEO, SEA & Internal Search and make a significant impact on our digital presence.We, the Web Platform Team, are a department of 17 persons passionate about Digital (Web) Communications and part of Atlas Copco Group IT. We run the web platform (based on Adobe Experience Manager) that hosts our Business and Group public websites including solutions for web content, web translations, web compliance, assets & analytics, SEO/SEA, internal Search, and integrations to other systems. Our portfolio includes support to the web editors, web development / releases, content, and secured operations & development processes.Mission:Drive the vision of SEO by shaping the strategy, roadmap, and goals with the overall goal to deliver business impact to our websites by improving their visibility in the main search enginesLead all search-related initiatives and manage the Search community to ensure effective search functionality for website visitors.Responsibilities and Objectives:GeneralStay updated on trends (AI, etc.).Manage yearly budgets for licenses and change requests.Evaluate and assess tools regularly.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (SEO and Search experts).Drive improvements in technical solutions.Create and maintain documentation up to date (articles, training presentations, e-learnings).Manage vendors and partners.Contribute to Web Platform Team process improvements.Measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide product updates and training to stakeholders.Maintain and continuously improve the product, making it aligned with the Web Platform vision.Create and maintain the product roadmap.Utilize industry best practices and standards.Develop and communicate support processes for your products, including documentation and procedures for 1st/2nd/3rd level support and delivery.Define and review Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) annually.SEOOwn SEO tools and solutions within Atlas Copco Group.Act as webmaster for major search engines (Google, Bing).Ensure technical SEO compliance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.Review and improve SEO performance metrics.Monitor and improve page indexing.Address and resolve current errors and fix not found pages.Support on the issues raised from editors and stakeholders. SEAStay updated with Google Ads changes.Maintain error-free conversions at MCC level.Propose and implement new conversions at MCC level.Propose and implement new MCC structures. Internal Search (Algolia)Improve search results based on user data.Propose and support out-of-the-box features.Collaborate with editors, stakeholders and developers to maintain an error-free internal search engine.To Succeed, You Will Need:7+ years in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or similar.Familiarity with digital marketing, especially web (SEO and conversion optimization).Knowledge of Oncrawl, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Ads.Knowledge of Algolia search engine is a plus. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong English language skills (verbal and written).Ability to manage change requests and ensure quality delivery.Educational RequirementsUniversity degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in Digital, Engineering, and/or Business.Personality RequirementsProduct evangelist with strategic vision.End-user centric and business-minded.Objective-oriented, self-organized, and self-driven.Strong leadership and communication skills.Eager to learn new technologies.Practical and creative problem-solving abilities.Methodical and able to prioritize and adapt.Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced digital landscape.Innovative mindset promoting digital transformation.Commitment to ethical behavior and integrity.Willingness to make short trips abroad.A person who complies with our DNA => Commitment – Interaction – InnovationStrong verbal and written English skills.In Return, We Offer You:Inspiring and knowledgeable colleagues.A family-like atmosphere.An international environment with ~30 nationalities.Modern office in Prague 4, near "Pražského povstání" metro station.Benefits: yearly financial bonus, extra week of vacation, Gastro Pass Card, MultiSport card, language courses, trainings, refreshments, sport activities, flexible working hours, and more.Career growth and development opportunities within Atlas Copco Group.A culture of respectful interaction, ethical behavior, and integrity.The potential to realize your ideas and make a meaningful impact.Join us and be part of a team where your skills and ideas will make a difference.
