Máš rád věci pod kontrolou? Uhlídáš deadliny, čísla i rozpočty? Umíš s klientem mluvit lidsky, ale zároveň víš, co tým potřebuje, aby mohl makat? Pokud jsi na všechny otázky odpověděl "ANO", tak možná hledáme právě tebe.

CO U NÁS BUDEŠ DĚLAT?
  • Budeš hlavním kontaktem pro klienta.
  • Převedeš klientské cíle na konkrétní úkoly pro tým a pohlídáš, že se doručí včas a kvalitně.
  • Povedeš meetingy a připravíš reporty, které mají hlavu a patu.
  • Ohlídáš rozpočet, hodiny a rozsah spolupráce.
  • Budeš mít přehled o výsledcích (tržby, PNO, ROAS, konverze…) a dokážeš je klientovi srozumitelně vysvětlit.
  • Když se něco nedaří, nezameteš to pod koberec – hledáš řešení a komunikuješ otevřeně.
  • Aktivně budeš hledat příležitosti, jak klientovi pomoci s růstem (nové kanály, služby, strategie).

  • Zkušenost s vedením projektů (ideálně v agentuře nebo prostředí, kde se pracuje s více klienty).
  • Orientaci v online marketingu (nemusíš být specialista, ale musíš chápat základní pojmy a logiku).
  • Schopnost organizace, plánování a prioritizace.
  • Silné komunikační dovednosti – nebojíš se vést meetingy, dávat zpětnou vazbu a být tváří projektu.
    Zdravý selský rozum a chuť hledat řešení, ne výmluvy.
