Product Manager Home Care

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing Team in our Bolton Czechia based in Prague.
How you make the difference
This role is key to guiding the growth and competitiveness of Bolton's Homecare brands. By defining the product vision and translating market insights into impactful actions, the Product Manager ensures brand performance, innovation, and long-term business success.
How your agenda looks like:
- Define and implement the strategic direction for the brand, covering positioning, innovation, and growth opportunities.
- Lead product launches and updates, optimizing the overall marketing mix.
Manage cross-functional projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. - Drive portfolio performance through analysis, profitability optimization, and actionable plans.
- Deliver marketing recommendations across product, pricing, promotion, and communication strategies.
- Track market trends, brand performance, and competitive dynamics to identify improvement areas.
Your team:
You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Fluency in Czech (native or equivalent level) and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications.
